1. Our Services

Skilledge provides one-on-one language consultations and structured, step-by-step guided online classes delivered over the internet. Session formats, durations, and curricula are described at the point of booking. Services are delivered online; no physical goods are shipped.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, to purchase the Services. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping your account credentials secure.

3. Bookings, Pricing & Payment

• Prices for consultations and classes are shown at checkout in the stated currency and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless noted otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By submitting a payment, you authorise us, through Stripe, to charge your chosen payment method for the amount shown.
• Your booking is confirmed once payment is successfully completed and you receive a confirmation from us.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Attend booked sessions on time and ensure you have a suitable internet connection and device.
• Treat instructors and other participants with respect. We may suspend or terminate access for abusive, unlawful, or disruptive behaviour.
• Use the Services for your personal learning only, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, lesson content, and resources provided through the Services are owned by or licensed to Skilledge and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share them without our written permission.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable, uninterrupted Services but do not guarantee that the website or sessions will always be available or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided to help you improve your language skills; individual results may vary and are not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skilledge is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant booking.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
